LONDON (Alliance News) - BP PLC Tuesday said that the following executive directors and directors acquired shares at a price of GBP5.056 per share through the company's ShareMatch UK Plan.
General Counsel Rupert Bondy, Iain Conn, a divisional chief executive, Chief Of Staff Dev Sanyal and Chief Financial Officer Brian Gilvary acquired 63 shares each.
The company also said Chief Operating Officer Bernard Looney acquired 60 shares.
Shares in the oil and gas giant were trading down 0.1% at 505.20 pence Tuesday.
