LONDON (Alliance News) - Begbies Traynor Group PLC said Julie Palmer, a senior manager, sold 22,210 shares at a price of 49.75 pence per share on Friday.
Palmer's total shareholding was not disclosed.
Shares in the business recovery and property services consultancy firm were down 2.0% at 50.00p Friday.
