LONDON (Alliance News) - Arden Partners PLC Tuesday said Deputy Chairman Jonathan Keeling sold 25,000 shares at a price of 95 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Keeling holds 2.5 million shares, which represents 11.20% stake in the firm.
Shares in the stock brokerage were trading up 2.1% at 97.00 pence Tuesday morning.
