LONDON (Alliance News) - Arden Partners PLC Friday said Executive Deputy Chairman Johnathan Keeling bought 25,000 shares at a price of 48.5 pence each.
Following the transaction, Keeling holds 2.5 million shares, equating to 11.37% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the UK-based stock broker were flat at 48.50 pence Friday morning.
