LONDON (Alliance News) - West African focused gold mining company Amara Mining PLC Friday said Finance Director Pete Gardner bought 49,485 shares at 10.10 pence per share on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Gardner and persons connected to him are interested in 1.3 million shares representing approximately 0.30% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The stock was up 3.6% at 9.95p Friday.
