LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Julian Sinclair bought shares in the company on Tuesday.
Sinclair bought 40,000 shares at GBP1.15, for GBP46,000 in total.
Shares were down 1.7% on Tuesday at 113.50 pence each.
