LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth Trust PLC on Monday said that Non-Executive Director Jim Grover bought shares in the company worth GBP115,000.
Grover acquired 100,000 shares at 115.00 pence each. His total stake in the company following the deal concluded on Friday last week is 127,500 shares.
Aberdeen Diversified Income & Growth shares were trading down 0.4% at 114.25p.
