LONDON (Alliance News) - 7digital Group PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Paul McGowan bought 250,000 shares at 13.25 pence per share on Friday.
The purchase is McGowan's only holding joining the board in January.
Shares in the digital music and radio services company were up 16% at 15.40p Monday.
