Directa Plus inks exclusive agreement with Pigmentsolution

(Sharecast News) - Graphene-based products manufacturer Directa Plus has struck a new exclusive agreement with Pigmentsolution to support the development and distribution of its new Graphene Plus.

Directa Plus said on Wednesday that its deal with Pigmentsolution, a European distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, will commence in January 2023 and initially cover Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland but has the potential for further expansion in Europe.

Chief executive Giulio Cesareo said: "This contract is a significant win for the group, demonstrating the appetite for and competitive advantage of our product.

"Working with Pigmentsolution will accelerate time to market enabling us to bring Grafyshield G+, a potentially disruptive product, to the EU market at a faster rate and into new geographies in the future."

As of 1015 GMT, Directa Plus shares were up 4.49% at 101.36p.
