LONDON (Alliance News) - Osirium Technologies PLC is set to start trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market on Friday.
The cyber security software company issued 5.7 million shares at 156.00 pence per share, giving it a market capitalisation of GBP16.2 million upon admission.
Osirium intends to use the proceeds to help accelerate its growth in the cyber-security market, by appointing additional staff to support its sales and marketing, investing in continued research and development, and providing additional working capital.

I would like to welcome our new shareholders and look forward to updating them and well as the wider market as we continue to execute our strategic plans for the business," said Chief Executive David Guyatt.
