(Alliance News) - Infrastructure firm Costain Group PLC on Wednesday announced the sale of a Spanish business for EUR15.2 million.

Costain has disposed of Alcaidesa Ltd to real estate investor Millenium Hotels Real Estate I Socimi SA as part of a move to sell off non-core assets.

Alcaidesa owns and operates two golf courses, adjacent land, and a clubhouse in Cadiz, Costain said. It is still looking for a buyer for the 624-berth marina concession.

Costain shares were 1.4% lower on Wednesday morning at a price of 191.80 pence each.

Costain works in a number of industries, including rail, aviation, motorways, utilities, energy networks, the oil and gas sector, as well as in nuclear and defence.
