CORRECT: Oakley Capital Investments NAV increases in year to March

(Alliance News) - Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provider of exposure to the education, technology, consumer and business service sectors through investments in Oakley Capital funds - Net asset value at March 31 is GBP1.26 billion, or 758 pence per share, up from GBP1.25 billion and 707p per share the year prior. The total NAV per share return is 7.5% on-year and 2.7% since the end of December. The largest contributors to the first quarter total NAV return include North Sails, TechInsights, Exaforce and Bright Stars. "The underlying portfolio companies delivered good performance over the quarter, despite the challenging macroeconomic environment, supported by robust demand for their products and services," the company says in a statement. During the period, OCI commenced its GBP20 million minimum 2026 share buyback programme.
