CORRECT: DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Arcontech Chairman Buys 2.5 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Arcontech Group PLC Wednesday said Chairman Richard Last bought 2.5 million shares at a price of 0.2 pence per share Tuesday.

The deal is worth GBP5,000.

Following this transaction, Last holds 200 million shares, which represents 12.99% of the issued share capital.

Shares in the financial market data processing company were up 19% at 0.244p, one of the strongest performers in the AIM All-Share.
