ACCRA, March 31 (Reuters) - Democratic Republic of Congo's cobalt regulator ARECOMS said miners must execute all unfulfilled fourth quarter 2025 export quotas by April 30 or lose them to a strategic reserve, according to a statement seen on Tuesday.
Quotas for first quarter 2026 can be shipped until June 30 alongside Q2 quotas, it added. (Reporting by Maxwell Akalaare Adombila)
