Charles Taylor Chairman Rupert Robson To Retire "Later In 2015"

Thu, 07th May 2015 13:53

LONDON (Alliance News) - Charles Taylor PLC Thursday said Chairman Rupert Robson will retire later in 2015.

The company has started a search for a new non-executive chairman, which "may include internal and external candidates," it said in a statement.

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Rupert for his contribution to the progress and development of Charles Taylor during his time as Chairman," said Chief Executive David Marock. "I am pleased that he will be staying with us over the coming months, so that we can continue to benefit from his leadership while the board undertakes its search for his successor."

Charles Taylor shares were up 4% to 242.00 pence per share on Thursday afternoon.
