Catenae Innovation Upgrades Onsite ID App To Add Enhanced Cov-ID

(Alliance News) - Catenae Innovation PLC on Tuesday said it is upgrading its Onsite ID app to deliver an enhanced version of its Cov-ID app as it announced the first commercial use of Onsite ID.

Shares in Catenae were down 6.3% at 3.32 pence in London in afternoon trading.

The digital media and technology completed both apps in July and is aiming to "provide a more comprehensive product offering" by upgrading Onsite ID to deliver an enhanced version of Cov-ID.

Onsite ID lets multiple health and work-related documents be filed in a multi-document digital wallet and passport, which can then be used over a range of sectors like construction, healthcare, and hospitality.

Data dashboarding is now also included as part of the service Catenae offers to its clients.

"The presentation of datasets within an easy-to-use, instant access dashboard on mobile devices gives business managers the ability to see the health and availability to work status of their workforces and to make fast business decisions ensuring efficient and productive workflows are maintained in the face of Covid-19," said Catenae.

First commercial use of Onsite ID was in partnership with the company's partner, Newcastle Premier Health Ltd, which has completed the initial screening phase of its access control programme for customers.

Individual Covid-19 test results will be entered into Onsite ID and used as a digital passport so users can shares their status in a secure way that complies with GDPR when meeting clients in person.

Catenae Chief Executive Guy Meyer said: "We are pleased to have secured our first commercial sale for the Onsite ID app which has just undergone a version upgrade. This sale is testament to the app's effectiveness in managing workforces and providing safety in controlled environments, given its multi-purpose functionality. Our human-focused technologies are designed to mitigate risks for businesses, their people and their customers and I am pleased to see our latest product performing well in these challenging times.

"We remain focused on delivering results through building the company's [intellectual property] and talent capacity across the business as we further explore international and local sales opportunities, including those with [Newcastle Premier Health]. On Monday, Catenae said its newly appointed marketing agency had converted GBP12,500 of credit with the company for services rendered. The agency, Markops Ltd, was to be be issued 342,465 shares in digital media and technology services company Catenae at a 3.65 pence per share price.
