LONDON (Alliance News) - Botswana Diamonds said it has issued 588,250 shares after warrants were exercised at a price of 0.85 pence each.
The total value of the transaction was GBP500,012, and the shares represent around 0.17% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Botswana shares closed down 3.9% to 1.73 pence per share on Wednesday.
