LONDON (Alliance News) - Bodycote PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Dominique Yates as its new finance director, with plans for him to take over on January 2.
Yates is the former chief financial officer at office space provider Regus PLC, a role he left in 2015. He held a range of senior roles at Imperial Brands PLC, the tobacco giant, prior to Regus.
At Bodycote, which supplies heat treatment, metal joining, hot isostatic pressing and coatings services, Yates will take over from David Landless, who will retire from the board on February 25, 2017.
