Blue Star Capital's Oak Media Signs With Liverpool Football Magazine

Mon, 16th Jun 2014 08:44

LONDON (Alliance News) - Blue Star Capital PLC Monday said Oak Media, in which it has a 65% stake, has signed an agreement with The Anfield Wrap Magazine Ltd for joint marketing and promotion of Oak's Red 8 Casino.

The Anfield Wrap is a magazine and radio show for supports of Liverpool Football Club.

The agreement will see Oak's Red 8 Casino marketed to The Anfield Wraps followers via the magazine's podcast, digital magazine and social media outlets. Blue Star said The Anfield Wrap has around 10,000 monthly magazine readers while 400,000 podcasts are downloaded each month.

Under the terms of the agreement, The Anfield Wrap will receive a share of the profits made from users that access Red 8 Casino through its channels, with another share of the profits being donated to grass-roots football on Merseyside.

Blue Star Capital shares were untraded Monday morning. They were last quoted at 0.625 pence.
