BlackRock agrees to buy UK data group Preqin, FT reports

June 30 (Reuters) - BlackRock has agreed to buy UK data firm Preqin for £2.55 billion ($3.23 billion)in cash, the Financial Times reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter. ($1 = 0.7903 pounds) (Reporting by Surbhi Misra in Bengaluru; Editing by Mark Porter)
