Biotech Growth Trust Non-Exec Chairman William Waldegrave Retires
LONDON (Alliance News) - The Biotech Growth Trust PLC late Tuesday said Non-Executive Chairman
William Waldegrave has retired and been replaced by Andrew Joy, who was the company's senior independent director.
Kay Davies has taken over as the senior independent director.
Biotech Growth shares closed down 1.1% to 660.0 pence per share on Tuesday.
