LONDON (Alliance News) - Formalwear tailor Bagir Group Ltd on Wednesday said it has appointed Eran Itzhak as its chief executive, effective from November 1.
Itzhak joined the company in 2011 and has been promoted from his role as vice-president of business development and innovation. Prior to joining the company, he practised as a lawyer in Israel.
He replaces Danny Taragan, who will step down on November 1 to pursue his other business interests.
Elsewhere, the company added Chief Financial Officer Udi Cohen has been appointed deputy chief executive in addition to its current role.
Shares in Bagir were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 3.30 pence.
