Auhua Clean Energy Chairman Resigns, Replaced By Vice-Chair

LONDON (Alliance News) - Auhua Clean Energy PLC on Tuesday said Chairman David Sumner has resigned due to "increasing demands on his time from his other business commitments".

Raphael Tham has assumed the role of non-executive chairman. Tham was previously vice-chairman.

Shares in Auhua were down 13% at 2.00 pence on Tuesday morning.
