ATTRAQT Founder And Chairman Dan Wagner Resigns To Focus On Start-Up

Wed, 15th Jun 2016 06:37

LONDON (Alliance News) - Visual merchandising provider ATTRAQT Group PLC said Non-Executive Chairman Dan Wagner will step down at the company's annual general meeting on Wednesday.

Wagner plans to focus on his technology start-up company, ATTRAQT said.

ATTRAQT will appoint Non-Executive Director Nick Habgood as Wagner's replacement on an interim basis, and Habgood will lead a process to select a new independent chairman.

"I am immensely grateful to Dan for the support and sound counsel that he has provided to both the board and me over the last 13 years and on behalf of the board I would like to wish him well for the future as he pursues his other interests," ATTRAQT Chief Executive Andre Brown said in a statement.
