Tue, 25th Aug 2015 06:46

LONDON (Alliance News) - ATTRAQT Group PLC ON Tuesday said that Finance Director David Stirling will retire and step down from the board, to be replaced by Mark Johnson from September 25.

The e-commerce services and technology provider said that Stirling will remain involved in the day-to-day running of the company's finance function in the short term, in order to ensure an orderly handover to Johnson.

ATTRAQT said Johnson has over 20 years of experience working with high-growth and developing companies in media, technology and service industries, most recently acting as head of finance and group commercial director at Celador Entertainment Ltd.
