LONDON (Alliance News) - Industrial equipment rental firm Ashtead Group PLC said Tuesday it appointed Angus Cockburn as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Cockburn serves as chief financial officer of public services provider Serco Group PLC, a role he has held since 2014, FTSE 100-listed Ashtead said.
Previously he covered the position of CFO and interim chief executive at power generation equipment supplier Aggreko PLC.
Ashtead shares were trading down 1.0% at 2,159.00 pence each.
