(Alliance News) - Mining firm Arc Minerals Ltd said Thursday it raised GBP46,792 through the issue of 1.7 million shares following the exercise of warrants.
Arc issued the 1.7 million shares at a price of 2.8 pence per share. Shares in Arc closed 4.8% higher at 4.74 pence in London on Thursday.
Following admission - expected next Wednesday - Arc will have 710.2 million shares outstanding.
