LONDON (Alliance News) - Surface coatings firm Hardide PLC on Wednesday said Amati AIM VCT PLC increased its holding in the company by just under 6% in a transaction on Friday last week.
Amati now has a 10.7% interest, with its previous one standing at 4.8%.
Hardide shares were up 12% on Wednesday at 1.85 pence each.
