Altitude appoints i-nexus Global CFO Drew Whibley as finance head

(Alliance News) - Altitude Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Drew Whibley as chief financial officer after a "thorough review process".

The Manchester, England-based provider of branded merchandise solutions said Whibley will join the company on September 22, at which point he will also be appointed to the board.

Whibley is currently CFO at London-based cloud software provider i-nexus Global Ltd. He previously held senior finance positions at Aptitude Software Group PLC and Frontline Ltd.

As previously announced, an internal transition team has been formed led by Senior Non-Executive Director Peter Hallett has been formed to work alongside outgoing CFO Graham Feltham. The team will remain operational until Whibley joins the company, Altitude added.

"Following a thorough review process, we are delighted to welcome Drew as our new CFO. The board are confident that his experience and relevant skills will materially contribute to Altitude Group's continued progress and help deliver substantial value for our shareholders," said Non-Executive Chair Alexander Brennan.

Shares in Altitude Group were down 2.3% at 24.42 pence in London on Monday afternoon.
