LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Returns Group PLC said Monday that it had raised GBP725,000 through the issue of 55.77 million shares at a price of 1.3 pence each.
Alpha said the funds raised will strengthen its financial position and give it flexibility to pursue potential investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.
Shares in the investment company were trading down 4.8% at 1.78 pence Monday afternoon.
