Alpha Financial Markets To Report Annual Earnings In Line With Views

Thu, 11th Apr 2019 13:06

LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC on Thursday said it has made further progress in its financial year that ended on March 31 as it continues to expand its international reach.

The consultancy services provider said it expects to report both revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization ahead of the prior year and in line with current full year market expectations.

Alpha highlighted that it has recently launched its twelfth practice, Exchange Traded Funds & Indexing, and opened its tenth office, located in Zurich. The company said it believes that both expansions offer "exciting potential".

"The underlying industry trends of cost reduction, increasing regulation and increasing assets under management remain firmly in place, driving ongoing change programmes globally," said Chief Executive Euan Fraser.

"Alpha offers a compelling, quality-driven range of consulting services and continues to be well placed to advise and best assist our clients' needs," added Fraser.

The stock was trading 3.5% lower on Thursday at 245.00 pence a share.

Alpha expects to report its full year results on June 5.
