LONDON (Alliance News) - Allocate Software PLC Thursday said its Chief Financial Officer Chris Gale intends to step down from the board to pursue other business interests.
The workforce and compliance optimisation software company said Gale will remain in the company during his notice period to assist with an orderly transition and to support the company through its financial year end.
"During his tenure as CFO the Company has made significant changes which greatly strengthened its business model and much improved its business systems and IT infrastructure," Chairman Terry Osborne said in a statement.
Allocate Software shares were up 1.9% to 117.70 pence Thursday.
