LONDON (Alliance News) - Eurocell PLC on Friday said Alantra Asset Management sold off its 8.6% stake in the company while also saying Alantra Partners now has an 8.6% holding.
Both transactions took place on Thursday last week.
Alantra Partners, based in Madrid, now holds 8.6 million Eurocell shares out of its 100.0 million issued share capital.
Shares were down 0.4% on Friday at 238.00 pence each.
