AIM WINNERS & LOSERS: Real Good Food secures turnaround funds

AIM - WINNERS

Parsley Box Group PLC, up 46% at 4.10 pence, 12-month range 1.20p-47.74p. Shares in the ready meals jump again after soaring 70% on Friday. It had outlined on Friday plans to cancel its AIM listing. The Edinburgh-based meal delivery firm, which markets its products to over 65s, only floated in March 2021, with a placing price of 200 pence per share.

Real Good Food PLC, up 60% at 1.68 pence, 12-month range 0.90p-3.50p. The Liverpool-based food manufacturing business, which specialises in cake decoration, says it has secured an additional GBP2.5 million worth of funding to back its turnaround. The financing is being provided by Hilco Private Capital.

AIM - LOSERS

Genedrive PLC, down 17% at 10.52p, 12-month range 9.50p-82.00p. The molecular diagnostics company reports weaker annual results. Revenue in the year to June 30 shrinks to GBP49,000 from GBP687,000. Genedrive's pretax loss balloons to GBP5.6 million from GBP1.9 million.
