AEW UK REIT Says Progress Made On Investments Since Float

LONDON (Alliance News) - Property investor AEW UK REIT PLC on Tuesday said it has good progress since floating in London earlier this year and has paid out 2.25 pence in dividends thus far.

The company, which listed in London in May, raising GBP100.5 million in gross proceeds, said its net asset value per share at the end of October was 97.09 pence. Its portfolio was valued at GBP71.4 million at that time, with an average net initial yield of 8.79%.

AEW UK has paid 2.25 pence in dividends thus far, including a first interim dividend of 1.5p and a second of 0.75p.

The group has acquired 15 assets so far, primarily comprising business parks across the UK regions.

Shares in the company were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 101.00p.
