LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK REIT PLC on Monday said it has acquired an industrial warehouse for GBP2.0 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 11.3%, reversionary yield of 9.2% and a capital value of GBP46 per sq ft.
The 43,207 square foot warehouse is in Salisbury, England. It is let to Equinox International Ltd.
The property is situated at the western end of Castlegate Business Park, three miles north of Salisbury town centre.
Shares in AEW UK REIT were flat at 100.98 pence on Monday midday.
