LONDON (Alliance News) - ADES International Holding PLC said Monday it has appointed the former senior advisor to Schlumberger Ltd's global chief executive as a non-executive director.
Hatem Soliman joins the ADES International board after 36 years in various roles at oilfield services company Schlumberger, most recently as advisor to Schlumberger's global CEO.
Shares in oil and gas drilling and production services firm ADES International closed down 1.4% at USD13.85 on Monday.
