Zenith Energy Ltd - oil & gas company with production, exploration and development assets in Africa and Italy - Fully repays one and partially settles the second of two credit agreements entered into with a local financial institution in Azerbaijan for a total amount of around USD442,000.
Separately says it has raised GBP371,000 after an investor exercised warrants to buy 28.6 million shares at GBP0.013 each.
