Zegona Communications PLC - London-based company focussed on communications and entertainment opportunities - Reports the results of its return of up to GBP329.3 million to shareholders by way of a tender offer at a price of GBP1.535 per share. The company says a total of 218.2 million shares have been tendered under the offer.
The move follows Zegona's commitment to return capital to shareholders after selling its investment in Spanish telekom firm Euskaltel SA.
"We are already actively working on other potential investment opportunities within the European TMT industry which we believe remains fertile ground to once again create significant shareholder value," says Chair & Chief Executive Eamonn O'Hare.
