LONDON (Alliance News) - Telecommunications sector investor Zegona Communications PLC on Friday said Chief Financial Officer Howard Kalika bought shares in the company on Thursday, his second purchase in a week.
Kalika acquired 5,000 shares at 11.40 pence on Thursday, following on from the 8,850 shares he bought on Friday last week at 112.97p apiece.
Following the transaction on Thursday, Kalika owns 245,850 Zegona shares, or a 0.1% stake in the company.
Zegona shares were up 1.3% to 110.44p.
