(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and last week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Barker was chair of housebuilder Berkeley Group Holdings PLC and senior independent director of insurer Aviva PLC.

----------

IntelliAM AI PLC - Sheffield, England-based software developer that applies AI to manufacturing - Co-Founder David Richards will step down as non-executive chair on July 3. That will be exactly a year after IntelliAM's debut as a AQSE listing in London and is in line with the plan at the time of the IPO. The board has started to look for a successor.

----------

Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd - oil and gas exploration in South Africa, Namibia and Guyana - Completes sale of a 1% participating interest in Block 3B/4B offshore South Africa to Africa Oil Corp in exchange for cancellation of the shares in Eco that were held by Africa Oil. This follows approval for the deal - first announced back in July - from the South African government. As a result, Africa Oil is no longer a shareholder in Eco, and Africa Oil's representative on the Eco board, Oliver Quinn, steps down. He is replaced as a non-executive director by Emily Ferguson, who was vice president of Exploration for Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Asia at Total Energies SE until this past August. Eco retains a 5.25% interest in the offshore block, down from 6.25%.

----------

OptiBiotix Health PLC - York, England-based life sciences firm - David Blain joins board as finance director & company secretary, effective last week. Blain joined OptiBiotix in November as acting finance director, replacing Graham Myers.

----------

Ecofin US Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC - invests in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure assets located in US - Chair Patrick Bourke will step down from the board following the company's general meeting on Wednesday, having led the trust since its IPO in 2020. Bourke will be replaced by Brett Miller, who joined the board back in July last year. The general meeting is being held for shareholders to approve a proposed managed wind down of the trust, for which the board promises to not sell assets at a "significant discount to their current carrying values...without prior consultation with major shareholders".
