LONDON (Alliance News) - Xeros Technology Group PLC said on Tuesday that it will supply 32 near-waterless commercial washing machines to Encom Trading LLC, a subsidiary of United Arab Emirates-based infrastucture services company Electro RAK.
The machines will be installed in UAE hotels following the first shipment to Dubai in September, the company said, adding that the near-waterless washing machines will help control rising business and resident tariffs.
"We are ideally placed to help commercial customers significantly reduce water consumption and make material utilities cost savings, thereby delivering a positive economic and environmental impact," said Managing Director Mike Ferrand.
Xeros also recently shipped a similar batch of 16 washing machines to the Cape Province region of South Africa.
Shares in Xeros Technology were trading flat at 60 pence each on Tuesday.
