LONDON (Alliance News) - XP Power Ltd said Friday Executive Vice President for Asia Andy Sng Seng Kok sold shares worth over GBP150,000 on Wednesday and Thursday.
700 shares were sold at 3,540 pence each on Wednesday, and 4,300 shares were disposed of for 3,410p per share on Thursday. The first transaction was worth GBP24,780 and the second GBP146,630.
Following this transaction, Sng Seng Kok now holds 25,000 shares in total, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company.
Shares in the power control components manufacturer were up 2.1% at 3,513.40p on Friday.
