(Alliance News) - Watchstone Group PLC on Monday said Finance Director Mark Williams has stepped down from the board with effect from Friday last week.
Williams was replaced by Lee James, who will not join the board.
The IT services management company said the board now comprises of Non-Executive Chair Richard Rose, Chief Executive Officer Stefan Borson, Senior Non-Executive Director Michael Howard and Non-Executive Director David Young.
Watchstone shares were trading 0.1% higher on Monday in London at 72.00 pence each.
