LONDON (Alliance News) - Westside Investments PLC Monday said that the following executive and non-executive directors of the company purchased shares at a price of 0.2735 pence per share.
Executive Chairman Richard Owen and Chief Executive Officer Geoffrey Simmonds each bought 159,950 shares, and now both hold a 9.87% stake in the company.
Finance Director David Hillel, as well as David Coldbeck and John Zucker, two non-executive directors in the company, each acquired 45,700 shares.
Westside Investments shares were down 9.1% in trading Monday afternoon, at 0.250 pence per share.
