LONDON (Alliance News) - Media buying giant WPP PLC said Monday it has acquired a majority stake in Turkey based direct marketing services company directComm Marketing Group for an undisclosed sum.
directComm has clients including Türk Telekom AS , Siemens AG and Sony Mobile Communications Inc, WPP said. It posted revenues of USD6.5 million for 2014, and had gross assets as at the end of 2014 of around USD3.2 million.
Shares in WPP were flat at 1,519.00 pence Monday morning.
