GVC Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based gambling firm - Hires David Satz as independent non-executive director from Thursday. Satz was senior vice president for Government Relations & Development at Caesars Entertainment, the US-based casino operator currently bidding for GVC peer William Hill PLC. "David has unrivalled regulatory and legislative expertise in the all-important US gaming market. His knowledge and insight will be hugely additive in helping us to achieve our ambition of being the leading operator in the US through BetMGM, our fast-growing joint venture with MGM Resorts," comments GVC Chair Barry Gibson. Also promotes GVC Chief Governance Officer Robert Hoskin to board as executive director.
