(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Wise PLC - London-based company offering international money transfers, rebranded from TransferWise - OU Notorious, an investment vehicle of Chair Taavet Hinrikus, sells 10 million class A shares at GBP8.15, worth GBP81.5 million, on Friday last week. The disposal, first announced after the market close on Thursday, was conducted via an accelerated bookbuild led by Goldman Sachs International, part of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. At the time, Wise said Hinrikus would sell up to 11 million shares. The disposal represents a 1% stake. Hinrikus retains 93.6 million A shares and also has 54.0 million B shares, together representing a 12.6% stake. Hinrikus has pledged 39.6 million of those remaining A shares, worth about GBP322 million, to Goldman Sachs International as part of a loan agreement.

McBride PLC - Manchester-based cleaning and hygiene product manufacturer - Chair Jeffrey Nodland buys 100,000 shares at 64.3p and 65p, worth GBP65,706, on Thursday and Friday last week.

Frontier Developments PLC - Cambridge, England-based videogames developer and publisher - Non-Executive Director Charles Cotton buys 3,750 shares at 2,667p, worth GBP100,013, on Friday. He and his family now have 175,574 shares, a 0.5% stake.

e-Therapeutics PLC - Oxford, England-based computational drug discovery - Chief Executive Officer Ali Mortazavi buys 275,000 shares at 36.5p, worth GBP100,375, on Tuesday. Now has 50.9 million shares, a 9.9% stake.

Gateley Holdings PLC - Birmingham-based legal and professional services group - Confirms further details of the inside participation in the sale of 5.2 million shares at 220p by a group of directors and other shareholders in an accelerated bookbuild that raised GBP11.4 million. The sale was completed on Thursday last week. Among directors taking part, Chief Operating Officer Peter Davies sells the most shares at 232,382, followed by Executive Director Michael Ward at 226,754 and Director Callum Nuttal at 225,345. CEO Rod Waldie sells 105,000 shares.
