LONDON (Alliance News) - Publisher Wilmngton Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Pedro Ros bought 22,425 shares at a price of 222 pence per share Wednesday. The purchase is his only holding in the company.
The stock was trading up 3.5% at 224.66p Wednesday midday.
