LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Crips Group PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min bought shares worth GBP44,104.
Min bought 126,014 shares at 35.0 pence each.
Following this transaction, Min and his connected persons' stake in the company is 10.6 million shares or 24.97% of its issued share capital.
Walker Crips shares closed flat at 33.50p.
